About Me

For over 20 years, I’ve worked alongside people through change. First in Human Resources and later as a Facilitator, Trainer, Life & Career and Embodied Transformation Coach.
Again and again, I noticed something. People often already knew what they wanted to do.
They had read the books, reflected deeply, talked things through and understood themselves well, but insight alone didn’t always lead to change or lasting change.
That question stayed with me. What actually helps change become possible and more importantly, what helps it last?
Over time, that curiosity led me into embodied transformation coaching and nervous system-informed approaches. What drew me in wasn’t the theory it was the experience.
I found an approach that recognised something I had sensed for years in my work but hadn’t yet had language for: that meaningful change doesn’t only happen through thinking.
It also involves paying attention to what’s happening beneath the surface in our emotions, patterns, physiology, values, nervous system and the quieter signals we often move past.
That way of working is now at the heart of what I do.
Today I work with people who are thoughtful, capable and often already highly self-aware but who feel stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from themselves, at a crossroads or simply tired of pushing harder.
Together we slow things down. Not to stay still but to create enough space to notice what matters, reconnect with inner steadiness and move forward in ways that feel more sustainable and more their own.
My style is warm, grounded and practical.
No fixing. No performance. No pushing. No pretending to have all the answers.
Just thoughtful support, honest reflection and space for meaningful change.
Professional Background & Training
My work is grounded in 15 years’ experience as a coach, alongside ten years working in Human Resources within multinational organisations in Ireland and France. I hold a Coaching Diploma from Mindstream and later returned as a facilitator and trainer, supporting students as they trained to become coaches. I am also a Senior Accredited Coach with the International Association of Professional Coaches & Mentors (IAPC&M) and a QQI Level 6 qualified trainer. Alongside this practical experience, I have continued to deepen and develop my work through substantial professional training in embodied transformation, somatic coaching, nervous system awareness, parts work, trauma-informed practice and, more recently, leadership coaching. This training includes: * Senior Accredited Coach — International Association of Professional Coaches & Mentors (IAPC&M) * Coaching Diploma — Mindstream *QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer *The Power of Embodied Transformation — Coaches Rising; intensive six-month coach-training programme * Symphony of Self: Coaching with Internal Family Systems and Beyond — Coaches Rising; intensive six-month coach-training programme * Polyvagal-Informed Certificate: Safety, Connection and the Human Experience — Polyvagal Institute; comprehensive six-month certificate programme * Trauma-Informed Facilitation Training — Nonprofit Learning Lab *Unlocking Leaders — Coaches Rising; six-month coach-training programme currently in progress These approaches don’t define my work; they inform it. They have deepened how I listen, what I notice and how I support people to understand the patterns held in both mind and body. I draw on them thoughtfully and within the boundaries of coaching, adapting the work to the individual rather than applying a fixed method.
