This is not traditional coaching. It's a body-based, fully somatic, relational process that supports you to come home to yourself—your real needs, your intuition, your truth. So that you can attain and live your goals in an aligned and embodied way.
Together, we work gently with your nervous system, emotions, feelings, sensations, beliefs, inner narratives and habitual patterns to create space for something new. I’ll guide you to access the inner wisdom that’s already there but often buried beneath stress, doubt or overwhelm.
