Build embodied capacity to meet the world differently

Embodied coaching invites you to go deeper than thinking your way through change. It recognises that lasting transformation happens not just in the mind but through the body.

This approach integrates somatic awareness, nervous system attunement and meaningful reflection to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom. It’s a grounded, compassionate way to create change that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

The Embodied Way to Change

Whether you are:

  • feeling stuck or overwhelmed

  • navigating a big transition

  • just know something needs to shift

  • have made changes before but it never fully sticks 

 

1 to 1 embodied transformation coaching offers a space to slow down, reconnect and move forward with more ease, clarity and alignment.

This is not traditional coaching. This is a body-based, fully somatic, relational process that supports you to come home to yourself, your real needs, your intuition, your truth. So that you can attain and live your goals in an aligned and embodied way.

Together, we work gently with your nervous system, emotions, feelings, sensations, beliefs, inner narratives and habitual patterns to create space for something new. I’ll guide you to access the inner wisdom that’s already there but often buried beneath stress, doubt or overwhelm.

What we might explore together:

  • Finding your voice again after burnout or life changes

  • Building sustainable confidence, not performative confidence

  • Reconnecting with your sense of purpose

  • Learning to regulate your nervous system and trust your body

  • Making decisions that feel aligned, not forced

  • ​Feel and trust your inner cues instead of overriding them

The Invitation is to explore what it means to lead from within rather than rely on external expectations, pressures, validations or instructions. To move from self-doubt to self-trust. To come back into your body, your values, your clarity. Because in a world that often pulls us out of ourselves, this work brings us back.

You don’t need to be fixed, you just need a space to reconnect with who you already are.

Sessions are held over Zoom and paced to meet you exactly where you are.

The Drop In

A twice-monthly online space for women who want to feel like themselves again

What It’s About

Life has a way of pulling us in every direction; work, kids, caring for everyone else, the mental load, the constant doing. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, many of us stop noticing ourselves. We lose our footing, our voice, our needs, our energy.

 

The Drop In is a grounded, real-life space for women who want a moment to reconnect with themselves, without pressure, without perfection and without having to “get it all together.”

 

It’s an hour where you can drop into the session, drop into your body and drop out of your head long enough to hear yourself again.

A small, steady place to breathe, land and feel like you, not the busy version, but the one underneath everything.

Who This Is For

Women in midlife who:

  • feel stretched thin or “not themselves”

  • want a grounded way to reconnect

  • are curious about embodiment or nervous system work

  • want community without pressure

  • want to feel more at home in their own skin and life

 

How It Works

  • Two Wednesday evening sessions per month on zoom (the 1st & 3rd week of the month) 7pm-8pm 60 minutes each

  • Max 15 women

  • Pricing

    • Drop-in: €15

    • Monthly pass (2 sessions): €25

    • 6-month upfront bundle rate: €120

 

Why this work matters

When we are connected to ourselves, grounded, centred, present in our bodies, we naturally access our own resourcefulness. That’s how it works.

It's not by trying harder or forcing ourselves to “be better.”

It's not by willing ourselves into clarity or action.

But by starting with connection: slowing down, listening in, noticing our needs, paying attention to what’s happening inside us. When we begin there, clarity comes, energy comes, direction comes, the ability to act comes.


And the more we practice that connection, the more resourced, steady and capable we become in the rest of our lives.
