This is coaching that goes deeper than thinking your way through change.
Real, lasting change rarely comes from insight alone, especially when you've been under pressure or living up in your head for a long time. The body has to be part of it.
My work brings together somatic awareness, nervous system attunement and honest reflection, a grounded, practical way of working that helps change really take hold, rather than slip away the moment life gets difficult.

We slow things down. We work with your thoughts, but also pay attention to what the body is telling you and what's going on beneath the surface. It's not about fixing or forcing. It's about meeting yourself in a different way.
The work draws on simple, practical tools: ways to help your nervous system settle, attention to the body, and space for your own clarity to surface.
Over time, you start to trust your own judgement more, quieten the inner critic and move forward in a way that feels natural and true.

Why This Is Different
This isn't about talking things through endlessly, or pushing yourself to "be better." My work is grounded in embodied transformation coaching, which means we work with the whole of you: your nervous system, your body's signals, and your capacity to slow down, notice, and respond differently.
When you've been living under pressure, or up in your head for a long time, insight alone rarely creates lasting change. The body has to be part of it. As your system settles, change begins to happen more naturally, and it holds, not through force, but through reconnection.

The Drop In
Alongside one to one work, I run The Drop In, a six week online series for women in midlife who've spent so long holding everything together for everyone else that they've quietly lost touch with themselves. A steady hour a week, in a small group, to slow down, come back into the body, and hear yourself again.
